£65 graphics replacement

So my 2 week old HIS 4870 1GB failed spectacularly (

see the end of the video for pretty colours/artifacts).

I payed £65 for it as open box stock, same for the one before that that also failed, so I'm gonna ask for a refund this time.

What would be the best replacement I could get for this price? Thinking new preferably, and not just on OcUK (just say elsewhere without naming if it's elsewhere).

What resolution do you run at? And do you really only want new this time?

1080p unfortunately and either that or used with a warranty.

Think I'll give it a shot, haven't checked MM in a while

The two cards were both from a member on a popular auction site who was selling HIS-authorized refurbs and open box stock, first one went with artifacts after 3 weeks, this one lasted 2 and now has the same problem but is unusable. Looking around these particular cards are just unreliable.
