65 inch for under £1000?

Looking for a friend, trying to maximise thier budget.

Given the viewing distance 65 inch makes more sense than going smaller for other benefits.

I think top priority is probably maximising peak brightness / contrast / HDR performance to make it feel like a great looking TV.

Any thoughts?
