Hi, just want to do a quick sanity check that I'm giving a mate the best advise. He was about to buy the following pc from a company i'd never hear of (sounds like they are extinct!!) and i'm trying to get him a comparible OCUK build.
This is the spec / budget he is looking at:
Free! McAfee Antivirus Plus 2015, 1 year, 1 user
CPU: NEW! Intel Core i5 4590
Operating System: NEW! Windows 10 Home (64-bit)
Motherboard: NEW! Gigabyte Z97P-D3
RAM: 8GB Corsair 1600mhz Vengeance (2x4GB)
Hard Drive: 500GB S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s
Optical Drive: 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA
Graphics card: NEW! NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB
Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio
Case: Corsair Graphite 230T
PSU: 550W Corsair VS
Warranty: 3 Year SureCare Warranty
Price: £659.00 inc. VAT

^ that is the OCUK system that seems to most closely match it.
Any other suggestions?
I would have liked to upgrade the GTX 960 to the 4GB version but that doesn't seem possible. Any idea why?
Cheers,
