£650 pre-built system - best option

Hi, just want to do a quick sanity check that I'm giving a mate the best advise. He was about to buy the following pc from a company i'd never hear of (sounds like they are extinct!!) and i'm trying to get him a comparible OCUK build.

^ that is the OCUK system that seems to most closely match it.

Any other suggestions?
I would have liked to upgrade the GTX 960 to the 4GB version but that doesn't seem possible. Any idea why?

Did he go for a prebuilt at the end? curious to know what the reviews are on OC built machines..

I certainly wouldn't pay 660 quid for that system. No ssd and only a 500 gb hard drive. I would have liked to of seen quicker ram used as well. I would also think you could look at new sky lake i5s rather than Haswell.
