£650 - Spec me please!

Evening all,

I am planning on building on behalf of a friend who has a few requirements, he plans on using it primarily for:

* Photo editing
* Light-medium gaming use
* Creation/development of VMs - so RAM is important
* Monitor 21-24 Inch
* 128GB SSD

He currently has nothing, so requires everything from case to a monitor; he will most likely require Win 7 Home Premium - I need to determine this, so if you have a couple of suggestions i.e. with/without OS

Both system will play games, the AMD Llano has a very good built-in GFX core (far better than anything intel has)

The OCZ SSD has had a recent firmware update, its speeds are now much faster.

Without Windows 7.

"LG IPS235V IPS LCD LED 23" HDMI Monitor" . Decent IPS panel so very good and accurate colour representation, particularly important in photo-editing.
