TO play BF3 you want a dedicated GPU. It's one of the few games that makes use of a quadcore CPU but the ivybridge i3 will run it just fine. THe 7850 GPUs overclock well so make good bang for buck and my choice comes with a couple of good games too

You needed a budget machine and didn't give any more information

The AMD is super budget but will still run games.

I've personally got one and it runs:

Batman: Arkham Asylum
L4D2
Borderlands 2
