I know that there are known issues with the fan controller regarding the 600T but I have recently noticed that fans on my controller on the 650D will periodically come to an almost grinding halt for a minute to two minutes and then speed right back up. Even moving the fan speed slider won't cause them to speed up again. I've had a issue where I have turned the PC on with the slider being 1/3 speed and I have noticed only my 200mm started spinning and the 3 120mms weren't moving at all, even pushing them didn't help, after a minute or so of pushing them all 3 of them turned on at the same time.
I have all the 3 pin cables from the fan controller in use so is there a chance that it might be causing such an issue?
Edit, listening to them now the RPM seems to be changing constantly as if I'm flicking the switch up and down.
