8GB OCZ Gold DDR2 Ram Memory 800mhz
MSI ATI Radeon HD 6950 OC Twin FrozR III Power Edition

What is the make / model of the psu.

In terms of power 650w is plenty.

Very comfortably if it's a good brand of PSU. That won't even come close to 650W under normal usage.
