660 for gaming?

i thought i had a problem with my psu so i got a new one i now know the problem is with my 7950, so getting rid.

i have been offered a 660 on the cheap are they worth getting for gaming to put me on for a bit(few months), or do i just wait and get a new card

I wouldn't say that that is particularly cheap, you can get 7950s for <£100 now, ovver £50 if you need a graphics card now.

al not bother then, will just have to wait till payday and get a replacement 7950 or 7970

660 is a great little card (had one) but i reckon you can find a better deal

I have managed to find a 7950 I did not know they was so cheap. How do I tell if its a reference board of not

I have it and it's good card, obviously it struggles at high res and settings. Only play bf4 and ghosts these days.

I think 60 quids sound about right for this!
