6600gt or 6800 xt

xt has 256mb and a 256 bit mem interface gt has 128 on both of those, but the 6600 gt has much higher clocks and the same amount of pipelines. xt is probably a little bit faster.
 
apparently there are 128meg versions of the xt, suppose this would not be as good as the gt because of sheer clock speeds on the gt, but if it was a 256meg xt.. even with just a 300mhz clock speed, have heard that galaxy released a 425mhz version with a zalman cooler...
