6600K/6700K NH-C12P SE14

Hi. Which is better: a 6600K overclocked or a stock 6700K on air cooling (NH-C12P SE14)? If I use the 6700K I don't think I'll be able to overclock it with the cooler I have but should be able to get a decent oc with the 6600K. Cheers.
