Just got myself a maximus viii hero and can't decide whether to get 6600k or 6700k. Mostly for gaming at 1080p and some video editing! I already have a gtx 970 and planning on getting the h100i gtx for cooling.
I'm not sure probably not the video editing is basic stuff slapping together a gaming vid for YouTube just would like consistent frames in gaming ! The 6600 is sounding more viable I think cheers 8 pack
