6600k v 6700k

Been running my 6600k @ 4.5ghz 1.27v from day one,I've built my system for gaming,would a upgrade to the 6700k be worth it.

My setup
EVGA 1070 FTW
16 gig of corsair
ASUS Mark one sabertooth
Corsair H 110 GT

For gaming it's great but I've noticed when I open up more than one program it starts to struggle.

Not worth the upgrade. Have you checked to make sure your memory is running correctly?

Yeh memory is working as it should,I've got a older version of Windows 10, mite be worth getting the latest one.
There is a new motherboard bios out so I'll wack that on with a fresh install of Windows.

What's a good program I can run to bench my system ?

I'm not a bencher as long as the PC runs ok I'm happy but I know there is a problem and it's bugging me.
