660GTX pay or wait?

Won one of these cards on auction for under £100 from a seller with reasonably good feedback (100 but all from low value sales). He had 3 for sale and this was the last one. Price seems too good and my question is whether to pay now or wait to see if the other buyers get their cards first?
Can I ask the seller to provide evidence that he is the owner of the cards?

There shouldn't be any problems in getting your money back if it is fraudulent through paypal.

Last time it took around a month to get my money back so don't want to get in the same situation.

Would it be to much to ask the seller to confirm that his account hasn't been hijacked and email a pict of the card?

Didn't pay at the end and seller account from the looks of it is now suspended.
