670 vs 680 - Same Performance??

Seen various benchmarks for the 670 and it has the exact same performance for £100 less?

What's the crack here then, should I be returning my 680 and buying a 670 instead and saving myself £100 ? (Wasn't bought from OcUK)

Just marginally lower. Basically, you get a good 670 clocker you outperform a rubbish 680 clocker for sure.

I noticed on linus' review though that the 670 is on more recent drivers, so atm it's up in the air. Don't think the performance gap will get much wider though tbh, the cards are very similar.

Well wasn't there a rumour, 680 was never really more than a 670, seems the rumour held some truth.
