670 Windforce little problem all the time 99% USE, WHY?

Guys I was wondering I have a little problem it's working all the time at 99% and 55º all the time why?

I don't understand why...


I had my 5870 and I have deleted my old drivers I've passed Driver sweper and CCleaner and the 670 works good but now in the desktop it says 99% all the time and I don't know why, nothing is running behind...

Couple of things to try out first while checking for any change,

Make sure you have nothing open and close any unnecessary items running in the background.

Boot into windows safe mode.

Firefoz is using 250Mb of ram, the rest of the system is clean... I don't understand why... let me restart and tell you what it says without opening any game.

Let me tell you that I found something weird, and it has to happen to more people I'm sure well...

When you gonna restart that screen comes flash for a second and then comes back, if in that moment you just cancel the restarting and you go to check again the temperature load of the graphic card etc,... THEN IT WORKS...


Well you know what I mean? It is monitoring something and is not my AERO. so is quite weird because now playing battlefield I don't know if I should be getting more FPS or it works just like that.
