6700k [email protected] good to go for 24/7 use?

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but from what I understand, the reason voltage is generally bad is because with higher voltage you usually have higher temps, but in your case, assuming the max temps are under load, they look absolutely fine :-)

Cpus throttle when they get too hot. It’s the volts that degrade a CPU

If you want to guarantee not to have any issue, staying below 1.35v seems best even with good cooling. Likely still fine though. Some people build a pc to clock it and are happy if it lasts them 2 years. Others want a pc to last them 5 years or more with just gpu upgrades...

Someone here did knacker an Intel 4/8 chip between 1.35-1.4v but doubt there cooling was up to it.

What voltage does it need at 4.7ghz?

Usually theres that point when you have to increase in bigger increments to gain 0.1ghz - I usually stay there as I'm not prepared to start bumping up higher amounts of voltage for that final 100mhz.
