Hey all,
Not sure if this post should go here or in cooling?

Anyway, it would seem the pump on my h100i V2 has died. I was walking up the stairs and could hear the fans going flat out on my pc. Temps were at 90 so I shut down quickly. Rebooted to get into bios and got a warning about no cpu fan header connected but never had it before.

I tried changing the header on the board but no luck. I see very briefly that the pump was reporting 0rpm in icue.

At this point assuming it is dead so need a replacement. This is not the first pump I've had die on these coolers and this is a replacement for one I had 18 months ago.

Looking around they don't seem to make this any more so need some recommendations for alternative coolers.

It's a 6700k in a Phanteks Evolv case, the first gen of the case I guess at this point. Anyone able to recommend something else?

Thanks

I'm using a Be Quiet Dark rock 4 with mine. Runs my 6700k at 4.6 at 1.38V, which is the limit of what this cpu can do under reasonable voltage.

As as you'd expect, it's very quiet. My case fans make more noise.

I use a Kraken X61 (which NZXT have since retired and replaced with the nicer-looking X62 model) on my 6700K (oc'd at 4.6GHz, voltage at around 1.3V).

280mm radiator, twin 140mm fans, very quiet. Although I did replace the fans with some Phanteks ones as one of them developed a ticking sound from a worn bearing. Keeps everything nice and cool, 30C idle, and typically around 40-65C on most games (although I have seen it peak at 80C under extreme loads)
