Hey,

I'm going to delid my 6700k next week as I'd like to try and get my temps down. Got a very mild OC on it at 4.4GHz, Vcore is set to auto at the moment and it's being cooled by a Corsair H100i GTX V2. Temps are OKish while gaming but under Prime95 it can hit 91*C which is very poor.
Having a friend 3D print the tool for me to break it open safely. Will clean it all off using isopropyl alcohol.
I'm thinking of using Liquid Ultra between the die and heat spreader and then Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut between the heat spreader and block.

What sort of sealant should I use to glue it back together? Also any advice? I've watched a number of guides on youtube and read a few guides. I'm also thinking of lapping my CPU.

Thanks. It seems to be worth it from everyone I've heard from and the guides I've seen. 4.4GHz @ 91*C is just ridiculous with an AIO cooler.
What's the base Vcore for stock settings? Just so I have an idea of where to work from.

Went into the BIOS tonight and changed it manually to 1.2 + 0.1 Offset for the overclock. Ran Prime95 and dropped about 13*C! Very happy and a bit shocked, I've been building PC's for a long time now and I always assumed Auto would just set Vcore to default.
