So what clocks can I expect from one of these at what sort of voltage?
Obviously silicone lottery and all, so bad, good and average would be nice.
Oh I'm watercooling so I think 1.35v is max for 24/7?

Majority should do 4.5-4.7GHz @ 1.35-1.4v. A minority will hit 4.8+, and another minority will struggle at 4.5.

You can go higher with Skylake. I'd say 1.45v with custom loop will be fine temp-wise (cooler than Haswell). The question is whether you want to put that voltage through it for what will be minimal gain beyond a more cool and perhaps quieter 1.35-1.4v.

To give you an idea, an i7-6700K with a 120mm Antec H600 gave me Cinebench/Realbench temps of around 60C @ 4.7GHz on 1.366v.

Good are 1.3 or below 4.7 1.35 or below 4.8, 1.4 or below 4.9

Best are 5g 1.3v or so. We have afew of these but not many maybe top 3%

These figures quoted are XTU stability test stable with gpu test also running or non avx prime again with gpu running.
