Games i play - CS GO

My monitor 1440p 144hz Acer thingy,

will be buying 290x CF or 295x2

What cpu is the best for gaming, i upgrade on a yearly basis, i bought the EVGA G2 850W would this one be enough to push this setup thanks

You won't really notice the benefit from either if you only play csgo. Maybe you could invest in a 1440p 144hz panel instead? Just a suggestion

What is the point in upgrading? For you it would be a waste of money. Why not just add a extra GTX 980? Going to R9 290x or R9 295x2 is going to be a downgrade.

Got a Freesync 1440p 144hz monitor =\, would stick team green otherwise! Don't know if Freesync is all that though? might just stay 980
