6800GS and A8N-E issues?

Well I have ordered a eVGA Geforce 6800GS 256-P2-N391-AX, and I was reading through the eVGA forums where I noticed people were having problems with 6800GS cards and their A8N-E MoBo's, though not the same model as the one I ordered. Has any one else heard any of this? Any one have an idea if my card could pose an issue?

Yes I use an A8N-E.
