Could any of you guys give me a clue as to what might be the problem with a mates PC.We were playing BF2 last night and he was getting this-

He has a BFG 6800gt not overclocked.

Try underclocking the memory to see if it goes away!

How are the temps?

You could get an arctic cooler or zalman if it's a heat issue! They tend to cool a lot better a quieter than the standard coolers!

i have the exact same card and we bought them at the same time,but when i got mine i fitted a AC to it straight away as one of the fans snapped in half.

I'll try my card in his PC to make sure.
