Had to get a new graphics card the other week as my old one needed to be RMA'd so i got an ASUS 6800GT 256mb AGP off of the clearance section of overclockers. Basically whatever game i play crashes back to windows with some sort of fault especially UT2004 and that game has even caused the pc to restart itself.
The graphics card is at stock settings and never goes above 60C. The small thin heatsink on it that provides some form of cooling to the power modules becomes too hot to touch.
I just need some ideas really no idea if its the card getting too hot or if its a driver/software issue or even another component.
Please help if you can any sugestions are welcome.
