Ok guys looking to upgrade, dont want to go PCI express until next year.

I would like one of the following..

6800gt or 6800 ultra. (AGP)

Is it worth spending the extra on the Ultra? or should i just go fot the GT and OC.

Did have an X800GTO 256 - sold it yesterday. How much more of a performance increase can i expect?

Yep, go for the GT. Most of them seem to easily overclock to Ultra speeds and beyond. Plus they only need one power connector and don't have a dual-slot cooler. Although from the picture it looks like the Ultra on sale only has a single-slot cooler, have they changed the design or something?
 
Get a Ultra you know you want it, you get 3 games also with it so its a good bundle!

the only one instock is OEM so you get nothing with it and 1 month or is it 3 month warranty, if you go with the ultra its retail and you get a good bundle and a much longer warranty time

Not a bad deal as i got £100 for my GTO.

How much of a performance increase will i notice?
 
I wouldn't have thought there'd be much increase really. Maximum of 10% if that - depending on game of course.
 
Naughty OCUK

Well I received my card this morning - nice and quick, to find it wasn't a 6800 Ultra, they had sent me a 6800GT...Not just that, no bundle!!!!!!

So phoned up ( like the new telephone system btw ) had a very nice man who stated the product had been advertised wrong and offered me a refund or a load of games as all the other cards were out of stock. Well I have sold my old card, so im in a pickle, not really interested in the games but seeing as I only paid £38 for it with the sale of my old card I cant really complain. So i take the games.

Anyway story gets better..

Card overclocks like a dream, easily way past ultra speeds and seems to run all my games with ease at high res. Will do a 3dmark test next and post results.

I hope no one else has had the same problem as me.

I still love you though OCUK!!!! )
