6800GT

Heard of depreciation? :p

Hardware looses its value very quickly.

And how do we know if you need an upgrade?

we don't know what you do/play/res/quality settings/system spec.

Thats some great advice there

So because i think i want another 8 series means i should get it?
No, that would be retarded as would be applying that logic to anything else.

now now guys look i have £500 to spend on a gamer and i would like to take this card with me but i may buy a new one as for agp pci-e slot it may be pci i am trying to find out

Well the 6800GT is still a resonable card, it should play older games on maximum settings and newer ones on medium settings.

If you're not a hardcore gamer it should still do quite nicely.

Hope this is more the kind of answer you were after :p
