680i SLI Hybrid - P5N-E SLI PLUS

sswc3.jpg

Just took that from Everest.

Wondering really if my mobo is actually 680i ? or 650i, As im sure the P5N-32 SLI is 650, but with mine being the 32-E SLI PLUS does that make it 680i?

Will i need 680i drivers (or bios?) from the nvidia site, if so which ones?

Thankyou

i'm sure that the P5N-32 SLI is 680i chipset, your mobo is a combo of both iirc

make sure you get the right drivers/bios for your mobo

The C55 Northbridge is common to the 650i, 650 Ultra, 680i and 680iLT chipsets.

The P5N32-E PLus SLi uses the C55 Northbridge (680i) but the Southbridge from the widely accepted as carp P5N32-Sli SE Deluxe and it's been roundly hammered by every reviewer that has seen it. I only hope you didn't pay too much for it.
