6870 CF 550w PSU

My flatmate wants to cross fire his 6870 he has this psu

would you risk it? I was thinking it should be ok since they usually mark psu's lower than the capacity slightly dont they?

I would want to be using a 650w XFX/Corsair/Antec PSU
