Would a crappy Lite-On 350w PSU be enough for one? i'm building a completely new computer in September but I just cannot stand this 3450 anymore... I know it probably won't work but thought it would be worth asking.

it should be fine depending on your other components

I have a Core 2 Quad at 2.33 Ghz, 4Gb of DDR2, some awful OEM mobo, one hard drive, and a blu-ray drive that I never ever use. (I'll unplug it to be safe) also I won't be pushing it to the limit. I have a 1680x1050 monitor and the only game I have at the moment to tax it is BC2.

I doubt that would run it tbh, but the most important question is, does the psu have two 6pin pci-e connectors?

Ummm. I don't see any Extra cables on my psu and the only cable coming out of my current card is going to a port on the back of my computer, I'll have a better look now.

You mean like a little ribbon cable going to a vga connector on the back of the card? if so then yeah that's common for low profile cards. But to answer your question, i would really invest in a decent 450-550 psu, you can get some good ones quite cheaply now.

Yeah, it's like a ribbon. I guess I'll just wait until September and buy a 560 Ti. I guess I can wait that long.
