I'm getting flashing yellow/blue blocks on my screen while playing BF3 any Idea's? 80 degrees tops which I cant see being a problem and 50 percent fan.

Artifacts are related to unstable memory usually (textures are stored on VRAM). I'm running the VMT Mattbuck posted and it just stresses the cards memory. Useful.

If you don't want to run it then perhaps try running Unigene Heaven 2.5 for an hour or so, if thats fine then try the latest drivers.

is the card overclocked at all?

No the cards not overclocked but I have thought it may be because of the heat 81 degrees and the fans only at 50 percent Shall I download MSI afterburner and turn the fan to 80 percent?

Maybe its memory overheating, I think for AMD cards you can monitor the VRAM Temps via GPU-Z.

If upping the fan speed has made a difference then its most likely temp related or could be slightly unstable VRAM, perhaps try underclocking the VRAM alittle.

ya this

Yeah vreg temps is what you need to monitor. Watercooling is a very expensive way to try and solve the issue, it may not even be temp related. Download msi afterburner to change the clocks.
