6950 or 6870?

I know you guys are going to say the 6950 would be better because of the unlock but on of the 6870's comes with 3 games are they worth it?

The cheapest 6950 is the one to get. The 560 are really good but at 1gb memory they are going to have massive fps hits when the higher end titles hit the shelves this year.
