6950 RMA...

A video of the artifacts would be good.

Also when you get your card back and if it still produces artifacts try and bump the voltage up a bit and see if it makes a difference.

If you download MSI afterburner you can increase the voltage among other things. You don't have to have an MSI branded card btw. When you get your card and if you have any issues using the program just post back.

It won't be a problem. There is no way to know if you have adjusted anything using Afterburner as it is all controlled by software and doesn't store the information directly on the graphics card. Unless you're flashing the BIOS on the gfx card you won't have a problem with your warranty.

If you have Crysis, then run the benchmark, if it artifacts then you do have a problem somewhere.

If it's jaggy lines or spikes you get, then it's vram failure in my book.
I had a card rma'd in the past succesfully which the store tested with Crysis benchmark.

As said before though, probably your best bet would be to try it in another PC as if it still does it, then most probably the card is at fault.

When you get the card back test it and upload fullsize pics for us to see.

I have crysis warhead i'll use that, When you say Benchmark you mean Heaven benchmark 2.5? and these are some pics previously http://www.mediafire.com/?68lx0fx7epo64bh

If it's not the card now it's got to be something else if it does it again, probably with the OC testing is that they probably run it through once my artifacting happened 2 times in a week or so.

No I mean the crysis benchmark tool:
http://downloads.guru3d.com/HOC-Crysis-Benchmark-v1.5-download-1885.html

It's a tool that lets you run benchmarks with crysis:

I heard artifacts are because the graphics card's memory cant handle the load ...
try these 2 things
- get some more cooling on that ram if at all possible
- try underclocking the ram a bit to see what happens (not much just a little and then run your game/benchmark
