I need some help oc'ing my gpu. I have it stable at 850/1300 @ 1.1v, 60-62 degrees at the moment, but I want more.

900/1300 1.2v, power limit 10% works for a bit then crashes, how do I get 900mhz stable or is it time to upgrade to a 7950?

edit:
I'm using afterburner 3.0.0 beta 10

No guarantee you can get it stable at 900. I must have been reasonably lucky with the silicon lottery as my sapphire toxic 6950 does 970/1500 on stock volts. (1.175V) IIRC, you can go up to 1.25v safely, 1.3v should be safe provided your cooling is up to it.

thanks for the replys, I just realised that I have not had a go at unlocking the extra shaders
