Makes sense it would happen when the GPU is being maxed out. Sounds like a bad mount or caused by uneven pressure on the heatsink. If it's new I would send it back for a replacement, you could try fixing it yourself but you will just end up voiding the warranty and risk breaking it, not worth it when you have a warranty.worked out its only happing on hogwart with 1440p ultra settings is this why junction temps are so high because over working gpu?

The edge temp and junction temp shouldn't be more than roughly 15 degrees apart at the most. Anymore usually means a poor thermal paste job. I would RMA that card on the spot. It's an easy fix if it doesn't void your warranty but for most people it will so don't bother.Edge temp was 80-83c got 3 intake and 3 outtake
