6950X - Core0 drop

Hi guys,

I have a 6950X that I can clock to at least 4.5 across all cores and its stable, very pleased, however even on stock clocks I am getting a strange multiplier drop every 30 seconds or so to 1.2 on Core0 only - any idea why this is happening or how to stop it?
Do I care?
Temps never get beyond 45 degrees as under water.

Possibly check the temps and stability as something seems off. 4.5Ghz and 45c seems very unlikely.

what software are you using to monitor the temp? Temp doesn't seems right.
