which is the best cooler for this gfx card please , one that does not sound like a jet engine while gaming lol

What do you have on it now? Some have big enough stock coolers to allow 2x 120mm fans to be mounted when stock shroud and fans are removed. Results are usually 7-10c cooler and much less noise.

it has the reference cooling hence "sounds like a jet engine"

Sadly above idea probably won't work. Reference coolers are usually designed to move air front end to back end of cooler versus from side in to cooler.. and have smaller radiators/less heatpipes.
