6970 waterblock

Was wondering if someone could tell me what thermal pads i would need i.e what thicknesss , length and width as its a b grade item ( came with no thermal pads ) , or is there a pack of pads that you can buy somewhere just for the job.
Had a look around and there seems to be a lot of varied thickness pads you need.

IIRC it's 1.5 or 2mm
