My friend is looking to get a new gen card from the 6970 and he will sell me his for £150-£200.

Its an ATI Radon HD 6970. Would it work well with my rig? and does the price look good considering he will probably sell at the top end of that range?

What price would you say I would need to be looking at for this to be a good deal on my part :) (while still remaining reasonable for the seller). Also, would my PSU cope, Its not a top branded one but it has enough power to run the card

Yeah, If you run stock cables on this I think it is physically impossible to blow it up.
Also, the most expensive akasa venom psu only has 2 PCI connectors which seems a bit flawed.
