i've just noticed theres a 4c~ differece between gpu1 and gpu2 at idle and under load...

is this normal?

also if theres no/not much Thermal Compound on the gpus could it do this? also could it damage it?
 
Its because one of your GPu's is pushing air into the case which will most probably be warmer than the other gpu which is having the hot air pushed outside of the case :)
 
Yeah its normal, I have a question though at idle on desktop, one card is running at 250/150 via ccc and the other is not running at all.. Is this normal?
 
It's the same with dual card set ups, I've always assumed that it's because one GPU is driving the display.
