6D vs 7D vs 60D

Hi Guys, one of the above might be upgrading my long-term 450D + BG-E5 Grip.

I mainly shoot Landscapes, though i do the occasional track day etc.

I've all but discounted the 60D, it's not a huge upgrade from my 450D and seems more geared towards video work.

The 7D interests me due to it's build and image quality, coupled with it's top quality AF system, however it's another crop camera, a new version can't be that far away and i wouldn't mind trying FF tbh.

The 6D is the sort of camera I’ve been wanting for a few years, FF, good price and seems to have quite a few features of interest; however the AF system and build quality is putting me off a little, plus i'd have to ditch my Sigma 10-20.

So the question is, for landscape work do you think it's worth paying extra for the FF 6D and putting up with its shortcomings, or should I pay less and buy a 7D?

In addition should i be looking at anything else in the Canon lineup?

I keep flicking between the two cameras, but the 7D seems like a more logical upgrade and stepping stone currently, it gives me big gains over the 450D without having to compromise so much on features, like the 6D.
