7.6 cat dull display???

I had the 7.6 cat's on a few weeks ago and eveything was fine, then i tried the 7.8 beta's just to see how they compared, anyway the fan on mi 2900 seemed to be a lot louder using the 7.8's and too bothered about the small increase they give, so i put the 7.6's back on to compare the noise, but now when vista loads up all is fine at first then the display seems to dull down, like when ya user account asks ya if you want to run something the screen dulls and then brightens back up when ya ok it but its like that all the time and i dont know how to stop it, tried 2 reinstalls of the 7.6's after removing the 7.8's

any ideas?

just tried to put the 7.8's on and its doing the same thing, hummmm?

dear me, sry guys close this thread, driver cleaner sorted it.
