7 day long distance

Can a hard drive be returned withing the 7 day thingy if it hasnt been used but packging opened?

General question as my nephew bought a Drive but not from OcUK

He said he opened the drive packaging but then dithered about using it so he put it back in the packet. It has been ripped open.

tape it up will be fine they cant resell it as new anyway,its what the DSR is all about so you can see what your buying and if dont like it send it back no problem
