I bought an item a few days ago and would like to return it under the Distance Selling Act. Was reading the support on OCUK and it mentioned they'd refund it. Was wondering if it's possible to rather have a replacement than a refund? I know it's a shop question but i was hoping someone with past experience could tell me?

Thanks

Well you would use the Distance Selling Act to return an item if you were unhappy with it - for a refund. OcUK only offer a refund on items returned under the DSR.

If you want a replacement, why do you want to return it? Is it faulty (because clearly that's an issue outside of the DSR strictly speaking), or do you just want to choose something different?

I'm sure if you make a call iyou can arrange something with OcUK :)
