Hi Guys, I am currently specing my self a gaming PC, would appreciate some help choosing the best components etc. I want to be able to play Skyrim, new games etc. on high settings & running mods. I have chosen these so far so can you tell me what you think and any changes that you think would be better! I also require a wireless card that I have not included so far as I do not know what is a good one or not so would like some help choosing one. Also with that motherboard would it allow me to add a 2nd graphics card at a later date to use crossfire? is the PSU also suitable for overclocking? am I missing any vital parts?

Thanks

since your max is £750 why not upgrade the GFX to a 7950 ? that is the only thing i see that you could improve on.

as for that PSU never tried it, i normally go with XFX, but that 500w wont be enough to run dual cards, u need something like 800+

also don't overclock the CPU on the stock cooler.

thanks for the feedback so far!, I have swapped motherboards to the one you suggested. Graphics card wise, I don't really want to stretch to £750, that was just extra budget to fit in a wireless card as I wasn't sure how much they were. Was planning to buy a 2nd 2GB graphics card at a later date and use crossfire :)

Well you won't necessarily need to upgrade the 7850 for 2/3 years. By then, a whole new range of cards will be out so it's pretty much impossible to say what you should be looking to upgrade to.

I was leaning towards overclocking the processor as I have only heard good things about it, and a quieter PC would be good!. Any suggestions for a decent/budget CPU cooler?

Depends on how much you are willing to spend on one.
I've posted three from different price ranges. Obviously the more expensive one is better.
I may be getting the Cooler Master 212 for Christmas myself, so I have researched it a fair bit, and it does look like a great cooler for the price.

great thanks!, £26.99 seems a good price, I think I may try stretch budget to £776 to include the cooler as it seems the build will allow overclocking/crossfire and be very upgradable in the future! thanks!
