£700-800 max budget

Finding it difficult to decide so hopefully some of you guys can help

So far as a base, I've chosen to go with

i5 6400 2.7ghz 6mb cach
Asus Z170-P
8GB Hyper X DDR4 2 X 4GB
NVIDIA GTX 960 2GB(Would going 4gb be better?)

Corsair 350W
Artic MX-4 Thermal Conductivity Compound

Not sure on Sound card yet but I'm not too bothered right now.

I'm not sure on a monitor yet, I've got a 42 inch Sony TV with low input lag would this be suitable?

total at the moment is £670, if there's a better Overclockers build for price performance please link me

It's all for gaming, I play open world games like Dayz, Witcher, GTA etc.

I'm a complete newb console gamer so bear with me lol

So I've bumped it up to an 15-6600 + 550W Supply.

Is the NVIDIA 960 good enough for a while or should I bump it to the 970?

Any mother board you recommend that will be future proof?

That's without an OS, wireless card or an optical drive tho.

Also that card has 5 year warranty and comes with "The Division", which is coming out soon

I really like that! thanks! It's a tad out of my budget but I can stretch to that if I don't get a monitor for the time being. My TV is also 8ms which seems quite low compared to many others so I'll see how I get on with it.
