£700-£800 new build for casual gaming

In need of help in a complete revamp for my PC with everything 3-4 years old. Everything will be needed by the looks of things except the case, keyboard, mouse and monitor.

My computer has one sole purpose and that is to play World of Warcraft I want to be able to play it at the highest graphics setting if possible.

I'll also need an operating system.
