£700-900 Game build Components?

I wanted to ask here as I buy components from here but I do not overclock. I also have nothing against SLI/Crossfire, but would prefer to just do this all again in 2-3 years so do not need that option. I play at 1080 on a single monitor.

I need:

Motherboard
CPU - intel (4670)
GPU
SSD (primary 200-500)
Memory
PSU
Cooling?

I want:

To play any game in 2013 on "Ultra/High" and for that crown to last 2 years.

Just one thing I will note, is that I have a

OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w Silent SLI Certified Modular Power Supply

It seems in both cases, we are below 600w. Can I reuse the above and save some notes or is it best to get a new one? Its 4 years old.
 
I think you should be able to reuse the ocz psu, and if you wish to save some notes than go for the gigabyte board specced by RJC

Will, put the 7970 top(even the matrix) to shame. Best performance out of the box(and oced unless you happen to get one that doesn't oc any further) against all but the 780/titans. Unless obviously you want the free games, tho the 200 series is meant to be getting the free games in the near future but no idea when.
 
you could also cut out the Cooler as you get a Prolimatech Panther free with the motherboard
