£700 Build, any good?

Would use a better motherboard and 1600 or higher ram, not just for the ram speed but to make clocking easier. Ram should still cost about the same but the cheapest motherboard i would recommend on am3+ socket is around the 80 mark. Take away windows 7 and use a windows 8 trial to get more bang for buck on components that last longer in terms of future proofing and reliability. If you can stretch budget, an SSD and a slightly better GPU would be worth it.

Will have a build in a bit if no one steps in with their own before that.

I'll see what I can do.
