£700 for Mobo, CPU, GPU & SSD

Friend is upgrading, he already a lot of the stuff he needs, and as such only requires a new Motherboard, CPU, 240GB(ish) SSD and Video Card. He has £700 to spend. What are your thoughts on this spec?

make sure your friend's aftermarket heatsink will fit lga1155, else you'll need to buy a heatsink too
