£700 Gaming Build

Hi folks

Looking at building a gaming pc to play a varied range of games to a highest setting as possible that my budget allows.

Will be playing stuff from Warcraft, to Xbox Anywhere titles to Football Manager.

Would not require a monitor to be included, but ideally windows 10.

If possible go with a SSD and a HDD. 16gb of ram.

Would i need to buy special tools to build myself?

Its not so dificult building a pc there are many tutorials on youtube, i have given you all asked for the 1-3 is a good performer at 1080p. If you can up your budget or compromise your build somewhere than you may be able to get an I-5 cpu.
