£700 gaming rig.....please help gurus!!

Morning guys. After many years of console gaming iv decided to move over to the holy grail of gaming.

I have a budget of £700 exact. This would be for case, components and O/S. I have an old keyboard and wireless mouse. I would like a include a new monitor in the build to replace my ageing 15" VGA monitor. Feel that with my budget I'm best sticking with AMD for now (thinking 8320?)
I would also like to avoid windows 8 as much as possible. Planning on overclocking from the start.

Basically after a rig that can play games in ultra settings. Will also be doing some photo editing and storage.

Hoping the forum gurus can help me out.
